Dry Brushing 101

dry brushing

Create your zen spa at home with VRB Dry Brushes

Gently dry brush your skin in repetitive, overlapping strokes. Always start from the feet, working up, and brush towards your heart. We recommend using your dry brush right before showering or taking a bath, exfoliate gently your body, use a scrub and finish your self care moment with a hydrating Kos Body Butter.

Dry Brushing is a natural way to reduce the appearance of cellulite, promote circulation, and encourage lymphatic drainage. Typically done before showering, use a bristle brush to gently but firmly dry brush your skin in long strokes toward your heart.

Go over each area two or three times. At your belly brush in a clockwise motion.

After brushing, shower or bathe and follow with a vitamin-rich moisturizer such as KOS Babassu Body Butter. I love this nourishing and anti-aging formula. #BabassuButter is a highly sought-after ingredient, renowned for its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. Babassu Butter instantly melts in contact with the skin and leaves a gorgeous vanilla fragrance.
